Why a Plan Instead of One-Off Tune-Ups?

Most breakdowns we see start as small problems a maintenance visit would have caught: a weak capacitor, a dirty flame sensor, sediment in a water heater or a loose connection at a breaker. A yearly visit for each trade gives you a written baseline of your home's systems, keeps manufacturer warranties in good standing where maintenance is required, and means one company knows your whole house. Every visit ends with a written summary of what we found, and you approve any repair before work begins.

Have a Boiler?

Homes heated by a boiler have a separate Boiler Home Care Plan, also $20 a month. It includes one annual boiler precision tune-up and safety inspection: cleaning, combustion and gas safety checks, electrical and safety controls, water quality and pressure, circulation and zones, efficiency settings and a full homeowner review of the results. Members get the same priority scheduling, no overtime charges and 10% off repairs. Repairs and major services such as water-side flushing or glycol replacement are quoted separately. Home Care Plan Questions

How much is the Aireo Home Care Plan?
$20 a month. The Boiler Home Care Plan for homes with a boiler is also $20 a month.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
There's no long-term contract and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel shortly after joining and have already used a plan benefit, like a tune-up, we reserve the right to charge the remaining balance toward the service that was performed.

Is it just for heating and air conditioning?
No. The plan covers HVAC, plumbing and electrical: a furnace tune-up, an AC tune-up, a plumbing inspection with a standard tank water heater flush, and an electrical inspection each year.

Do I have to use all the visits at once?
No. Visits are spread through the year, and our office helps schedule them at the right time for each system.

What if I have a tankless water heater?
The included flush is for a standard tank water heater. Members with a tankless water heater get a discounted rate on a tankless flush when it's needed.

Does the 10% discount apply to new equipment?
Yes. Members get 10% off repairs and replacements. Discounts can't be combined with other discounts, such as the military, senior and first responder discount.
