How Aireo Pricing Works

Every Aireo visit follows the same three steps: a diagnosis, a written quote, and work done exactly as quoted. We don't bill by the hour, so you never have to wonder how long a technician has been on the clock.

Dispatch Fees

Our dispatch fee covers sending a licensed technician to your home to find the root cause of the problem. It is $29 for plumbing, $49 for HVAC and $29 for electrical, and it is applied toward any repair you approve.

What Is in Your Written Quote

After the technician has diagnosed the problem, you get a written quote with repair-first options before any work starts. Nothing begins until you approve it, and the work is completed as quoted. If a repair isn't the right long-term solution, we'll explain why and what the alternatives look like, but a safe, effective repair is always where we start.

What Affects the Price

• What is actually wrong. A failed capacitor and a failed compressor are very different repairs, which is why we diagnose before we quote.
• Parts and equipment. The cost of parts, and for replacements the brand and efficiency of the equipment you choose.
• Access and the home itself. Older homes, tight spaces and existing conditions can change the scope of the work.

New Equipment: Free Estimates

For a new furnace, air conditioner, water heater or other equipment, we offer a free on-site estimate. Request a free estimate and we'll schedule a visit. Pricing Questions

Do you charge by the hour?

No. We quote the job in writing before work starts and complete it as quoted.

Is the dispatch fee applied to my repair?

Yes. If you approve a repair, the dispatch fee is applied toward it.

What if I don't want the repair?

You are not obligated to approve any work. The dispatch fee covers the diagnosis and the written options we give you.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, through Synchrony Bank. Options include 0% interest for a set term as well as traditional fixed-interest plans.

Can I get a quote over the phone?
