Tankless Water Heater Installation in Farmington, Utah

As the Davis County seat and home to Station Park and Lagoon, Farmington sees a steady mix of long-established homes and newer subdivisions pushing east toward the bench and west toward Farmington Bay. That mix means we install tankless water heaters in everything from decades-old tank setups to brand-new construction already roughed in for modern fixtures. Aireo Home Services installs Navien and Rinnai tankless systems throughout Farmington with the same upfront pricing on every job.

The Case for Going Tankless

• On-demand hot water — heats water as you use it, so you're not stuck waiting for a tank to recover between showers.
• Compact footprint — roughly half the space of a tank unit, which matters in Farmington's tighter mechanical closets.
• Longer lifespan — around 20 years versus 10-12 for a conventional tank.
• Improved efficiency over time — no standby heat loss from a tank sitting full of hot water all day.

Navien and Rinnai

As a factory-authorized dealer, we install Navien and Rinnai — the two leading names in tankless — and size and configure either to match your Farmington home's gas supply and venting.

What Older Farmington Homes Need to Know

We won't sugarcoat it: converting from a tank usually requires new venting specific to tankless units, and depending on your existing gas line, an upsize may be needed to deliver enough capacity on demand. We evaluate your home's setup before we quote, so the price we give is the price you pay.

Sizing to Your Household

The right unit is sized to your home's peak simultaneous hot water demand in gallons per minute (GPM) — how many fixtures could realistically run hot water at once, from a shower to the dishwasher to the washing machine.

Who Tankless Makes Sense For

If your household regularly runs the tank dry, or you're building out a home near Station Park with more bathrooms than a standard tank can support, tankless is worth the investment. If your current tank keeps up fine, a standard water heater installation or repair might be all you need — we'll give you a straight answer either way.

Financing Through Synchrony

Because tankless systems cost more upfront than a tank, we offer Synchrony Bank financing, including 0%-interest-for-a-term and fixed-rate options. Every estimate follows our upfront pricing policy with no hourly billing. See our current specials, visit the Farmington service area page, or get a free estimate today.
